About this project
You will pack meals for those in need in your community. Join hundreds of other volunteers from throughout Charleston and more than 50,000 volunteers across America – to help assemble healthy meals for those in need in observance of the 25th anniversary of 9/11, and the September 11 National Day of Service and Remembrance. It’s a high-energy, hands-on experience. It’s just a two-hour commitment. It’s free. It’s inspiring. And most of all, it’s a lot of fun. No experience is necessary. Just a willingness to show up for others in need and pay tribute – the way millions of Americans did 25 years ago in response to the 9/11 attacks. 100% of the meals will stay in the community and be distributed by Lowcountry Food Bank to support local individuals and families in need. SIGN UP IMMEDIATELY: Space is very limited, so register now. Together, let’s UNIITE for Good.
